Over 25 years of management experience in media, entertainment, and events in the Asia Pacific region.
Strong engagement in championing revenue, growth, strategy, and partnership.
Assisting client companies in business upscaling for the international arena.
Media owner experience – Pearl & Dean, Comfort Ads, ECAD Macau, and MediaCorp Singapore.
Media agency group experience – OMG, TNBT, and Aegis Media.
Brand activation and event management experience – as the Founder and Executive Director of SpaceArena.

Tan Yan Ting

Led national strategies in digital media, online creators, and games, focusing on enterprise innovation, monetisation and talent development.
Expert in digital transformation and cross-platform innovation, including Asia’s first hybrid broadcast-broadband platform and Singapore’s $40M 5G innovation programme.

Kent Lau

Communications

Over 30 years of experience in branding, marketing communications, and creative direction in Singapore and China.
Co-founded MadAboutDesign in Singapore in 1994 and established MadAboutDesign Shanghai, Inc. in 2008, serving Fortune 500 companies, MNCs, and Chinese enterprises.
Past creative directorial roles include Group ECD of The Activation Group, Singapore, and Associate CD of various advertising and PR agencies.
Co-founder and former Secretary-General of SingCham Shanghai. Led in membership engagement, government relations, fundraising and flagship events.
Served in communication leadership roles at OSG Youth Alliance and Singapore Children's Cancer Foundation.
